The Livelihood Development (Women Empowerment) program supports women from low-income families, especially those with school-going children. Its main aim is to help them increase their income and become self-reliant.

For this, the project offers loans at a low interest rate of 1% to grow ornamental and air plants. Women also receive training in planting and caring for these plants, as well as consultancy support to continue and expand planting as a small business. The program encourages entrepreneurship, helping women move towards becoming confident business owners.

In addition, Self Help Groups (SHGs) are formed to give women a support system and strengthen their collective efforts. The program also focuses on improving life skills, promoting mindfulness, and building happy family environments.
