On October 28, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Don Bosco Development Centre, Negombo and Hayleys Fentons Limited for collaboration on internship and training programmes.
Rev. Fr. Roshan Miranda SDB (Provincial Superior) and Rev. Fr. Viraj Chamara SDB (Executive Director) signed on behalf of the Don Bosco Development Centre, while Mr. Hasith Prematillake (Managing Director) and Ms. Roshane Perera (Executive Director) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Hayleys Fentons Limited. Mr. Sampath Pinto (Manager – Experience Centre, Hayleys Solar) represented Hayleys Fentons Limited at the signing.
This partnership aims to provide students with valuable industry exposure and hands-on training opportunities, enhancing their technical skills and employability through the contribution of the expertise of the resource personnel and the infrastructure of Hayleys Fentons Limited.
