They remain in poverty not due to a lack of will, but because they lack the necessary resources to overcome it. in order to, to reach out to poor youth, who due to lack of means, are unable to attend employable vocational and skill training DBDC devised a scholarship program for 200 poor girls and boys so that they are able to avail themselves the enhancing of their skills through professional training.
This financial assistance will help them to achieve the employment of their dream and to bring themselves out of generational poverty. The National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) offers access to respectable employment prospects in both domestic and international labor markets.
