RISE aims at offering the young an opportunity towards empowering themselves through vocational educational and training in the field of their professional choice. This is a huge benefit since when hiring new employees, many employers look for someone who has the aptitude to do the job well. Through internationally recognized training programs and scholarships, this project primarily focuses on enhancing vocational education and empowering youth. In addition to this, the project offers students the chance to build life skills that are as important as hard skills in the current job market.
