Don Bosco Development Centre, Sri Lanka was able to provide a school bus for the children of Don Bosco School of Excellence, Pallavarayankaddu.
The major objective of this facility is to reduce the number of school dropouts and absentees. Even though it’s more than a decade after the war the affected areas are still lack of infrastructure, public
transportation facilities and other basic necessities. The bus reaches the remotest of the villages where transport facilities aren’t available to bring the children to the school.
A safe and secure transport facility is provided through this bus service in order to form the children of the locality as dignified and contributing citizens of Sri Lanka.
